This provides proactive IT support covering server and software updates, data backup, antivirus monitoring and maintenance, and firewall monitoring. Our Managed Services is designed to alert TAG engineers of potential problems before they adversely affect your network, systems and databases . We take personal responsibility for your network. Your organization will be assigned a dedicated TAG IT Services Manager and a highly-experienced, fully-qualified onsite consultant (as needed).
